The Bare Minimum

varidogI think that I can finally articulate why I dislike the term, "the bare minimum," in reference to relationships.
"The bare minimum" can be whatever you want it to be. It's not an objective standard. It's a reasonable sounding standard that's reasonable to reasonable people, but abusable by abusive people.
